The Yukon Placer Authorization (YPA) has been replaced in the following 15 Yukon watersheds effective April 11, 2008.
Amended Watershed Authorizations are in Place Effective November 1, 2010

Note: The provisions of the YPA will continue to apply in the Alsek and Liard River watersheds for the 2010 operating season, or until such time as new authorizations are released for these watersheds.
The Secretariat has reviewed all the comments received during consultation, and determined how they will influence the Fish Habitat Management System for Yukon Placer Mining. A consultation report is being prepared, and will be available soon.
