Guidebook/Toolbox for Placer Miners
The Secretariat has prepared a "Guidebook/Toolbox" of mitigation and fish habitat compensation measures for placer mining. This Guidebook/Toolbox takes the form of a guidebook which outlines practices and techniques to help placer miners comply with the conditions outlined in the watershed authorizations.

It contains technical information on how to properly implement mitigation measures related to site preparation and operations as well as stream reclamation techniques.
